A sustainable design project

Thermoelectric Bracelet

A Thermoelectric generator, or TEG (also called a Seebeck generator) is a solid state device that converts heat (temperature differences) directly into electrical energy through a phenomenon called the Seebeck effect (a form of thermoelectric effect).

Heat to electricity

This bracelet makes use of the thermomelectric technology where the user's heat would be converted into electricity. The winding design of the bracelet increases the surface area where the generator touches the skin, allowing for a faster rate of conversion to electricity.

Colours

The bracelet is targeted towards the fashion forward younger generation with its unique shape and variegated colors. The end of the bracelet is removable, casing a usb port for phone charging.
